This post is to let you know about some of the changes in the new version. No action is required on your part.
Report: New/Changed Appointment Summary
The New/Changed Appointment Summary report provides a summary of appointments that have been created or modified on a specific day or across a range of days.
Reports: Report Scheduling
BizDiary can now send reports directly to your email.
The following reports can be scheduled to automatically run at a specified time of day…
- Appointment Summary
- Appointment Detail
- New/Changed Appointment Summary
You can select to run the reports either every 24 hours, every 7 days, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. And you can choose how much of data to include too.
You can either send a summary report including all personnel to one or more specified email addresses, or have the report for each member of personnel sent to their own email address.
Customers: Title
You can now include a title as part of a customer’s name details (Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc). This field is provided for information only and is completely optional.
SMS/Email: Location Group
SMS and Email templates can now include the location group. This is great if you have multiple rooms in one location. Usually the customer doesn’t need to know which room they are booked into, just where they need to go. So rather than a message saying “St. Leonards Rm 1″, you could use the Location Group and just have “St. Leonards”.
Home Page: Account Anniversary
The Home Page now shows you when your next monthly subscription will fall due. This feature was requested to help with keeping track of when you will receive your next allocation of SMS credits.
