How do I view a Customer's Appointments?

There are a few different options for finding a customer's appointments...

Using the Appointment Search

This is probably the most powerful and flexible way to get a list of appointments for a customer.

  1. Go to Appointments > Search Appointments.
  2. Select the Customer from the customer picker.
  3. Choose other criteria.  For example for future appointments only, select today's date in the From Date field.
  4. Click [Search].
  5. You can now view, edit, delete, or export the results.

Using the Appointment Reports

The Appointment Detail and Appointment Summary reports provide a good option if you want a printable list of appointments.

  1. Go to Reports > Run Report.
  2. Choose either Appointments: Detail or Appointment: Summary.
  3. Select the Customer from the customer picker.
  4. Choose other criteria.  For example for future appointments only, select today's date in the From Date field.
  5. Click [Run].
  6. You can now save or print the PDF report.

Directly from the Customer Record

If you are already viewing or editing a Customer record, you can quickly view all the customers appointments, by clicking View Appointments in the menu bar, at the top of the customer form.

This option shows all the appointments, and does not have options such as choosing a date-range, but is a quick and easy way to access the appointments if you are already viewing the customer record.
