Free and Easy
Automated Email reminders are free to send and easy to set up. You create a template that can include details such as the customer's name, the date and time of the appointment, the service, location and who they will be seeing. Plus you can add any other details you wish.
The email can be automatically sent to the customer a few days before their appointment to make sure they have all the information they need about their appointment.
Combine with SMS reminders
Email reminders are a useful way to remind your appointments, but lack the immediacy provided by an SMS reminder. For best results we recommend that you also send an SMS reminder closer to the day of the appointment. E.g. one or two days before.
